My mother has been at Hewitt for over a year now and she has got nothing but great care. But defiantly does not have anything to do with the care she is getting. My grandmother became a resident at Hewitt when covid just started . I know the aides did not put 100% effort in taking care of her or other residents. They just cared about that extra money coming in to their salaries due to covid .
If my life was to ever get to the point where I need extra care I’d rather get Homecare instead of risking my life in a place like that . Let your family member stay home and get all the services they need at home instead of paying thousands of dollars a month for them to get depressed and die within 5 months of being there.
